Schedule a Televisit 1.) Use our chat feature on the main page or call us at 303-428-7449 to schedule. 2.) When scheduling, we will collect your copay at that time. See below for more details on billing. 3.) Please make sure WMC has your correct phone number and email so that we can contact you if we are experiencing any technical difficulties during your appointment.
Before Your Televisit Appointment 1.) For Televisits, we use the Healow platform. You can access through your patient portal, text message, or email link. 2.) While a patient portal account is not required for Televisits, it will allow you to test your computer, communicate with your care team, and manage your care at WMC. Register Here. 3.) For Healow we recommend the Google Chrome browser for computers only, Safari for iOS devices, and Chrome for Android devices. 4.) For the BEST EXPERIENCE, we recommend you access the visit through the Healow App on your mobile device. Instructions here. 5.) To Access Your Appointment 1.) You can use your computer or a mobile device to access your Televisit. 2.) 15 minutes before your appointment, click the link sent to your email, text message, or through your patient portal. You will be asked to complete your Televisit Questionnaire, fill out your vitals (optional), and perform a compatibility test. 3.)When prompted, allow Healow to access your microphone and camera. 4.) For detailed instructions with images click the appropriate entry: EMAIL or from the PATIENT PORTAL. 5.) If you have a 12 Digit Code, click HERE to enter it.
Billing and Insurance This visit will be billed like an office visit to your insurance company (copays and deductibles may apply). While Televisits are a covered benefit under many insurances, there may be some insurance companies who do not cover Televisits.
