Schedule a Televisit 1.) Use our chat feature on the main page or call us at 303-428-7449 to schedule. 2.) When scheduling, we will collect your copay at that time. See below for more details on billing. 3.) Please make sure WMC has your correct phone number so that we can contact you if we are experiencing any technical difficulties during your appointment.
To Access Your Appointment 1.) You can use your computer or a mobile device to access your Televisit. If you are using your phone, please download the Zoom app prior to your appointment. Log into Zoom on the computer or through the mobile app and test your system ahead of time. 2.) 5 minutes before your appointment, click the link sent to your email. You will be placed in to a virtual "waiting room" prior to your provider joining. At the time of your visit, your provider will log in and join you. 3.)When prompted, allow Zoom to access your microphone and camera.
Billing and Insurance This visit will be billed like an office visit to your insurance company (copays and deductibles may apply). While Televisits are a covered benefit under many insurances, there may be some insurance companies who do not cover Televisits.
