Why did WMC switch?
At the heart of what we do at WMC, is provide a high quality health CARE experience. Our old system, eClinicalWorks, with it's accompanying patient portal, Healow, was not up to our standards. We made the decision to move to our new platform, athenahealth, that has already proven to be a much better system for our team, enabling us to continue providing high quality care.

- The new patient portal experience is much more robust and EASY to use. Staff will be ready to help you register when the time is right.
- Overall, athenahealth makes it much easier for you to view your records, communicate with your care team, schedule appointments online (new feature), self-check in (new feature), view and pay your statements all while helping WMC to provide the right care, at the right time for you and your family.
- Coming soon...Apple Health Integration.
- You unfortunately are not able to view old data from Healow. The data format from the old system, was not structured in a way that allowed it to be viewable on the new portal. All your data from our old system is digitally archived and attached to your chart for your care team to access.
