Patient Portal Update: We're Moving to Athena!
Effective May 9th, 2022, we will be moving our Electronic Health Record (EHR) over to athenaHealth, so all WMC patients will have to create a new portal login using athenaHealth's patient portal.

At the heart of what we do at WMC, is provide a high quality health CARE experience. Our current EHR, eClinicalWorks, with it's accompanying patient portal, Healow, is not up to our standards. We made the decision to move to a platform, athenahealth, that we believe we better support out team and better support the people who trust us with their healthcare.

Key Points
- No clinical data/information will be lost: All of the data and information in eCW will be moved into your new chart and a digital archive that is accessible to your care team.
- The new patient portal experience will be much more robust and EASY to use. Staff will be ready to help you register when the time is right.
- Overall, athenahealth will make it much easier for you to view your records, communicate with your care team, schedule appointments online, self-check in, view and pay your statements all while helping WMC to provide the right care, at the right time for you and your family.
